That Girl Thing is an annual retreat at Camp Longridge in Ridgeway, SC led by Stephanie Shivers and a passionate female college staff. With female worship leaders and speakers, That Girl Thing seeks to offer an alternative story grounded in God’s intentional and unrelenting love in which students can begin to find identity and fulfillment. We often live in a world in which the value of women is judged by false standards of body image and harmful stereotypes. God, however, offers an infinitely more fulfilling and true sense of value and worth arising out of the sacred moment of creation. Join Stephanie and a loving staff this November to engage, perhaps for the first time, this emerging story of God.
