Instructions to Ministers/Leaders/Parents:
STEP ONE: PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND READ THIS FILE FIRST - Camp Info Packet (2009)
(also has printable form in it for those who do not wish to register online)
STEP TWO:
Follow the Registration link at the bottom of this page. Enter in your camper’s information (If you do not have their information as of yet, please refer to note one below). You can choose to pay by either check, e-check or credit card. If by check, your registrations will be processed when they are received to - P.O. Box 220 - Ridgeway, SC 29130
If you choose to mail in a check, YOUR SPACES WILL NOT BE RESERVED until the check is received .
STEP THREE:
There are insurance forms that must be filled out and mailed/faxed to camp three weeks before arrival. These forms are found in the Camp Info Packet. That’s it! We look forward to seeing you at Longridge soon!
NOTE ONE: Please note that you can reserve spots without names and later add the names in. When filling out the individual forms, the only fields required are “first name,” “last name,” and “e-mail address.” Therefore, if you do not have the names, simply put “Camper One” in the first name field, “XXX Church” into the last name field, and your e-mail address into each e-mail address field. Please note that we do require names and addresses three weeks before your camp/retreat.

NOTE TWO: Please note that you can register more than one camper at a time. The instructions will inform you of how to add multiple campers and then checkout at once. Also, you will be able to return to your account later and add more campers if needed and as long as their is space.
NOTE THREE: It is the policy of Longridge that children of leaders that are not campers (and not of the age to be counselors) are not allowed to stay in the lodge. As camp has grown, there are many times that leaders from various churches will be put together in lodge rooms. Further, our lodge is often filled with counselors if the camp week is full. Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter.
