Owner and Director
Frank Shivers (M.Th.), full-time vocational Southern Baptist Evangelist, is the director and owner of Camp Longridge in Ridgeway, SC. He has been in full-time ministry for over 40 years and is the author of many books including: Heavy Stuff, Clear Talk to Students, The Evangelistic Invitation 101, and Soul Winning 101. Under his leadership at Longridge over 4,000 students have made profession of faith and thousands of lives changed.

Assistant Director
Mark Shivers (M.Div, Th.M.), graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary in Atlanta, GA, licensed Baptist minister and current doctoral student at Vanderbilt serves as Assistant Director. Mark has been written in such diverse locations as The Ooze and The Journal of Speculative Philosophy and serves as a member of the Emergent Village Cordinating Group. Mark literally grew up at Longridge and has a deep passion to work alongside God in exploring and implementing a holistic vision of how camp can be a part of the grand story of salvation.

Camp Facilitator
Scott Ogram is a graduate of Moody Bible Instiute in Chicago, IL. Scott has worked with us a staffer for five years and served as staff supervisor for two of them. He joined us full-time in June to become an important and essential part of our future. Scott is also a world-class singer having globally traveled to share the faith through song.

 


Camp Secretary
JIll Moak has worked with us for many years guiding and maintaining the registration process. Jill is a graduate of Winthrop University and is currently a Social Worker in the Columbia, SC area.
