Another Amazing Thursday!

Hey! So today was pretty much an awesome Thursday!

The day started with pancakes with strawberries, bacon, and orange juice! Then we all went down to the lake for quiet time. Next, we all separated into our small groups and had a great bible study. Then our activity for the day was going to the low ropes with our small groups. All the teams worked well together and we had tons of fun! Later that day we had lake time where the students played a very BIG game of volleyball in the water with the one and only Roberta!! It was the blue team vs. red team vs. staffers. It was a good game – a very close game. Then the lake opened and everyone had a blast on the bullet, zip line, the BLOB, canoes, and enjoyed a nice swim. Later on there was another bible study with our small groups where each group was responsible for creating a door. They had to be extra creative while assembling and decorating a door that representing a convergence experienced by those in their group. Along with the door they had to create an activity that each student would participate in. During service there were four staffers who shared their story – a significant part of their life where they experienced convergence. After service we all enjoyed delicious pancakes and ice cream loaded with apples, pineapple, caramel, and lots of whipped cream! Then watched an Amazing movie called Home Run for Rusty! Following the movie we all went to our cabins where we had a nightly devotion and then it was lights out.

Over all it was another Great Thursday at Camp Longridge! =)
