Frank is married to the former Mary Pack of Sumter, SC. They have 2 children, Mark and Stephanie. Frank has been in vocational evangelism since 1974. He has a B.A. from Charleston Southern University and a TH.M from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Frank is a member both of the National and State Southern Baptist Conference of Evangelists. Frank has served as youth pastor, associate & senior pastor and has led in over 450 revivals.

Frank is a vocational evangelist largely dependent upon the people he serves to provide not only for his family needs but operational expenses for this ministry which includes Camp Longridge. In lieu of this it is suggested a church having Frank provide these three things.

1. Reimbursement of travel expenses and meals.


2. Lodging in a motel. (Preference: Holiday Inn hotel group, Hampton Inn, Marriot hotel group or Sleep Inn) Please book Frank´s room for the Saturday prior to the starting Sunday with checkout the morning after the closing service.


3. In addition to a base honorarium it is requested love offerings be received in each service. The Frank Shivers Evangelistic Association will provide offering envelopes at no expense.

The Board of Directors of the Frank Shivers Evangelistic Association is comprised of men from Southern Baptist Churches. No board member receives remuneration for services rendered to this ministry.
